Savory pies are so easy to make, keep well in the frig. and make a great side or main dish.
Remove pie crusts from frig. - We only need one. Pre-heat your oven to 350. In a large saute pan on medium heat, melt butter and saute fresh mushrooms with fresh pepper and a bit of salt till mushrooms are softened. Remove from heat, and let cool while you form your pie crust. In same pan, add soaked dried mushroom, chopped green onions, liquids, and cheese. Pour mixture into pie crust, cook at 35 minutes, or until mixture is firm in middle of pie. Can be served hot or at room temperature.
