1: The Home Staging Evaluation/Consultation: We begin with a personalized home staging evaluation, walking through your home room by room with an Interior Stylist’s eye. We'll identify its unique strengths and develop a a clear, actionable plan for each space that shows off its character while highlighting its value and purpose to get it ready ready for its close-up.
2: The Style Syllabus We believe a home should tell a story—and we’ll create our signature Style Syllabus so you can get a visual. Perhaps new color palette that could include paint or key colorized accessories is a key part of that narrative. After our initial evaluation, we’ll craft a personalized inspiration board to ensure your home is perfectly styled for today’s market.
3: Hands-on Occupied Staging We work with your existing furnishings, carefully editing and arranging them to create a polished, spacious feel. If needed, we'll introduce tasteful accents and decor to create a cohesive lifestyle that appeals to the broadest range of buyers.
Pre-Photoshoot Styling (The Final Flourish) Designed for homes that are already prepped but need that last bit of sparkle before the photographer arrives. We focus on the art of making a space look irresistible, using your beautifully arranged items to professionally style key areas (kitchen, living room, master bath) for magazine-worthy listing photos.
